I visited with my mother during lunch time. I chose course B. I'm glad I chose this without hesitation! I could feel that they were particular about all the ingredients, and they were very thorough in explaining the dishes. I was surprised that it was possible to serve pasta at this level of heat for all dishes. Dessert was also exquisite. I wish they would sell desserts with cream cheese and nuts that are so delicious. Next time I would like to visit during dinner time. I'm looking forward to seeing if it tastes even better when paired with alcohol.
