More Comments at Google MapI had the Lasagne for lunch, and it was great. Once you order it, he turns on the gas oven, heats the lasagne and then makes the sauce fresh. I spoke with the chef, and he said that many years ago he tasted a lasagne in Tokyo and decided to make a very tasty one himself as there are not many places where a good one is available. I agree, and it was tasty. Lunch set is about 800 yen, the lasagne is almost double, but came with a coffee and salad. I will return. A great little place.
Perfavore is an Italian restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Mitsuzawa-shita Station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway along the main street towards Sorimachi Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. This restaurant is located along the main street, and the dark purple signboard says "Sea Fishing Chef's Restaurant Perfavore", so you can't go wrong. The shop is small with only counter seats. Inside the store, there are pictures of various fish such as sardines. The chef loves fishing and talks. When it comes to fishing, there seems to be no end to it. I also like fishing, so it was fun. It seems that the chef will cook the fish that he has caught and prepare the fish that the customers have caught. The recommended dishes are potato gratin and lasagna. I had it for lunch. Also, I would like to recommend the carpaccio that the chef caught. I had the grunt and takabe carpaccio. Takabe is a common fish around the Izu Islands, but it is rare in Yokohama. This is a recommended shop.
When I was looking for a restaurant that would suit my wife who wanted to eat delicious pasta, my wife was introduced to this restaurant by her dance teacher. I went with the teacher. I entered at the same time as the store opened. The teacher asked for a lot of things, so I was able to get a lot of menus. It's like going fishing in the morning, and the fresh fish you buy there will be cooked for you. I don't have a picture, but from the carpaccio. Was it hairtail, John Dory, grunt, and sea bass? And pasta. Tomato sauce and mentaiko cream pasta. All of them were delicious with just the right amount of salt. Next is grunt oven-baked, is that right? The bread on board is also delicious. Are you wearing a scent? Also gratin. Last but not least, I was surprised to hear that they are all handmade. It was said that they prepared something that was not a lunch menu, so it is not a reference for lunch, but anyway, the chef is a craftsman who does not decorate. I heard that they used to do it in places like Hiyoshi, and customers from that era also come here. The chef is already over 70 years old, but he is a very energetic person! This is a wonderful shop that connects customers with customers. It appears that the current store is being demolished and will be relocated soon. It seems to be around Sorimachi. The kitchen wasn't clean, but the food was delicious. This restaurant is recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious Italian food at a leisurely pace.
