Entered the store alone during the Obon week. Up until now, my wife and I have also used lunch together, but the store is rather occupied by women. Since it was Obon and I entered the store after 1:00 pm, there were no customers, so I was able to enjoy it without hesitation. The homemade pasta at this shop is delicious every time you come and has a wide variety. I wanted to eat that, so I made two kinds of homemade pasta for B lunch, which comes with an appetizer, baguette, dessert, and drink. There are several kinds of appetizers, and the cold corn soup is of course delicious, but personally, the omelet has an exquisite taste. It's a waste to leave the sauce used for the appetizer, so I always consume the baguette at this timing. I always regret saving it for pasta sauce... This time's pasta is a short pasta venison meat sauce made with spinach, which is different from gnocchi and flat noodles using shiba shrimp. Of course, both are delicious, but according to the chef, this short pasta that is eaten in northern Italy, this time, spinach was kneaded into it, but in his home country, other ingredients are sometimes kneaded into it. I want to eat it in a pairing pattern with other ingredients. The meat sauce also has a deep flavor, probably because of the venison, and the sweetness is complemented by the corn that is stir-fried in butter and mixed with the pasta. Also, the menu that I definitely want to eat. So, I bought Fuji Minoru's sorbet for dessert, which was also very delicious. Once again, I feel happy that there is such a delicious restaurant within walking distance of my home.

We used it for our wedding anniversary dinner. All the dishes had a sophisticated taste and the whole family was very satisfied. There were so many wines to choose from that I couldn't decide, but the chef recommended it and it was perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the chef's personality was kind and nice.

Definitely the best authentic Italian restaurant in Asakadai, or in Asaka city (personally, I would like to expand to include Shiki and Niiza)☆ Due to its popularity, reservations are recommended. It seems like walk-ins can be accommodated flexibly at the counter. Of course, the place was full as it was a three-day weekend, but as always, we enjoyed delicious, original, and seasonal dishes. When I visited for the first time in a few months, the small sweets that come with coffee were sold in bags. I think it would be perfect as a souvenir or small souvenir. 2023/11
