More Comments at Google MapInnovative French cuisine created by a former Narisawa sous chef in Urawa, Saitama using ingredients from Saitama Prefecture. It's a Japanese-style French dish, so it's light and not too heavy on the stomach, and it goes well with Japanese sake, so they have a good selection of Japanese sake as well as wine. Even though the course is generous in portion, even women with picky eaters can finish it all. This spa charite is a dish using green onions, a specialty of Saitama. The pasteurization of fish and meat dishes is wonderful. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is stylish, with an open kitchen where you can watch the cooking process live. Recommended for use on anniversaries. A high-level shop that rivals anything in Tokyo. The occasional burger lunch is a must-try.
An innovative French restaurant located a little far from Urawa Station. Local production for local consumption has transformed Saitama vegetables. You can be very satisfied in Saitama city without having to go all the way to Tokyo. We enjoyed pairing wines at a good price, and waited for the next dish to come out while watching the food being prepared in the open kitchen.
I visited for the first time, but it was very delicious. I really liked the taste and saltiness. As you move on to the main dish, the salty accent is working, and the umami is perfect, so the alcohol goes on ~~. A barren French land, a star of hope in Saitama Prefecture. I would like to come back and try more dishes. Since there is a counter, even one person can visit. This time I went with two people, but I would like to go alone. It was so delicious that I drank too much weak alcohol, so next time I want to focus on cooking while sandwiching non-alcoholic (laughs) We use a lot of ingredients from Saitama Prefecture, so it's a learning experience that makes us wonder, "Is this kind of thing made in Saitama Prefecture?"
