Margherita was delicious Personally, I really like homemade dressings, so I was given the recipe! I will try making it at home next time. It was kind, the staff was beautiful and I felt comfortable.

The Italian shop fam is a new shop that opened 2 years ago (May 2021). I ordered the following. ·vegetables ・Pork shoulder loin from Saitama Prefecture ・Bolognese pasta ・Pizza (Bismarck) ·Ginger ale ・Plum juice Vegetables are a set of 6 kinds of vegetables, with salt and sesame sauce. Everything was soft, the sweetness of the vegetables was enhanced, and the slight scorch from the stone kiln was a nice touch, and it was delicious. Especially when you eat it with sesame sauce! The pork shoulder loin from Saitama Prefecture is thick and seems difficult to eat at first glance, but it was not at all, and the meat was soft and easy to eat with just the right amount of fat. The bolognese pasta had no particular characteristics, and it had the taste of the bolognese that I often eat, but the noodles were firm and slightly thick, and the taste was rich, so I personally liked the balance. Pizza Bismarck is also characterized by soft-boiled egg sauce. Pizza bread dough prevents your mouth from drying out. The onions and cheese were well balanced without being too overpowering, and I was able to eat them without getting tired of them. Ginger ale and plum juice are special, and I felt that ginger ale tasted ginger itself, and plum juice tasted plum itself. I recommend fam, who enjoys the taste of the ingredients themselves in both food and drink! The appearance of the shop may be difficult to notice because it looks like a house. It faces the road, so if you pay attention, you won't miss it. There is a free parking space in the back, but only 4 cars can be parked. Better to go early and stop. There were 14 table seats and 2 counter seats. Reservations are possible, so it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance.
