Kasukabe, Saitama, Japan｜シェ・ウメツ

It was delicious Kasukabe, or maybe the best in eastern Saitama. The taste is comparable to ristorantes in the 3rd ward of Tokyo. It seems like it has been open for 13 years, so I don't mind raising the price. A famous restaurant that I want to stay open for a long time. The duck, fish, beef stew in wine, and even the dolce were carefully flavored.

I couldn't forget the taste of the ``beef cheek braised in red wine'' I had at this restaurant when I lived in Kasukabe, so I checked with the restaurant to see if it was still available before making a reservation and visiting. I was very satisfied with both the appearance and taste.

I visited for lunch. It's a little hard to find, but it's a cute little shop with a warm impression. Food is delicious and cheap Especially the quality of desserts deserves special mention. There were four of us and we each ordered something different, but all of them were delicious and I was impressed. It is a shop that I want to visit again in the near future.
