Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan｜Beurre Manié

We went here for the first time and had a set menu for dinner. I was a bit wary, seeing as we'd never been there before, but after an excellent meal, we'll definitely be going there again. I'm glad there are slightly upscale places to enjoy in Koshigaya. This place isn't super expensive, but it's above average; then again so was the food.

I received a recommended lunch course. ・Assorted appetizers ・Today's soup ・Main of your choice: Poiled fresh fish (+440 yen) ・Bread or rice ・Assorted Dolce ·Drink All dishes were very delicious. The customer service is polite and they seem to be paying close attention to me. The timing for the next dish to arrive was just right. I had mentioned that it was my birthday when I made the reservation. I was happy that you made it into a cute plate. Everyone else too They seemed to be enjoying their meal.

I've known about the store for many years, but this time, I was finally able to visit with my wife. It was lunch, but my husband and I fell in love with the restaurant's nice atmosphere and delicious food. The staff's attentive service was also wonderful. I would like to enjoy dinner this time.
