The best restaurant in Yamanashi. Love their food from appetiser to dessert. Love the atmosphere as well. This is a must visit restaurant in Yamanashi Kofu.

delicious. A restaurant you should go to for dinner. Be sure to make a reservation. A full course of meat, fish, and hearty meat at an unbelievably low price of 5,700 yen. It's strange that it's here. The store itself is a two-story atrium. Please refer to the photo below. Cold hors d'oeuvres (prosciutto, melon, smoked salmon, salmon roe, asparagus, chicory), 3 pieces of bread, and butter. Warm appetizers, escargot-style turban shells (butter, garlic, parsley), scallops with summer truffles and mash in cream sauce, and air-dried pumpkin soup. The main fish is red sea bream, prawns, and clams simmered in blue crab sauce. The main meat is sirloin steak with green pepper mustard. Assorted desserts (chestnut tart, pudding, homemade ice cream and mille-feuille strawberry cream). Bring your own wine and negotiate for 2,000 yen per bottle.

The fish, crab, and meat dishes were all delicious! A masterpiece that goes perfectly with the sauce! The bread had an artistic flavor as well.
