You can see Lake Kawaguchi and nature from the window, which is great. The former Chinzanso chef will greet you at your table. You can feel the love for the food and the love for the customers. I want to visit every anniversary!

A French restaurant in the Fuji Lake Hotel. After Maxime de Paris in Ginza closed, I became the chef of this restaurant. The view from the restaurant is so good that you can eat while looking at beautiful paintings. I would say that the cuisine is French cuisine that can be categorized as a classical type. Recently, there are many French dishes with a light taste, so I think it is very valuable to be able to enjoy such a heavy taste. The food is mainly made with ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture, and I thought it was a very tasteful group. The service of the shop is also very good, and it can be asserted that it is a very satisfying restaurant. I think that it is a shop that you should visit when you go to Lake Kawaguchi. Recommended.

I received the year-end menu for 6,050 yen (service charge and tax included). I am very satisfied. All of the dishes served were delicious (from the moment I took the first bite until I finished eating) and I was very impressed. I never thought I could eat such delicious French food at this price. The waiters had a rustic atmosphere, not a formal French restaurant atmosphere, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. Also, the head chef, Daniel Paquet, came to say hello and I was able to express my impressions directly. The atmosphere was very warm and the food was even more delicious. I will visit you again soon.
