A Western restaurant that sells demi-glace sauce cutlet bowl. The cutlet is crispy and soft, and the demi-glace sauce is light and easy to eat. Also, the volume is amazing. I ordered the average, and even though I admit to being a big eater, I was quite satisfied. Next time I would like to try a large serving.

I ordered a fillet cutlet lunch for lunch only. You can see it clearly when the chef is cooking. The ingredients for the dishes I eat this time are not frozen, but just handmade. When you eat cutlet meat, you can feel the softness of the meat and think it is fresh meat.

The cutlet bowl with special demi-glace sauce is exquisite! I tried a big eating challenge, but I couldn't stand my teeth at all lol The cutlet meat is soft and really delicious! It is recommended because you can enjoy various menus instead of gluttony!
