I love beef stroganoff, but these days I rarely see it outside of Russian restaurants. However, this restaurant had beef stroganoff for lunch, so I went in without hesitation! This beef stroganoff tasted more like a Japanese Western restaurant than a Russian dish. This is by no means a bad thing; it's a taste familiar to the Japanese palate, similar to what they often ate in the 1990s. Also, although it is Japanese style, it has an elegant taste. I also like beef stroganoff as a Russian dish, but this beef stroganoff is definitely delicious!

I will visit you at dinner. It's really delicious no matter what you eat. Vegetables, meat, pasta, pizza, everything. If I live nearby, I'd like to go to lunch too... I'm envious of my neighbors. The chef is calm and the hall staff is also kind. Heartily recommend.
