Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Petit Miracle

I visited for lunch on Sunday. The chef gives detailed explanations about the ingredients and cooking methods for each dish, and the taste is very satisfying. In particular, the head part of the ``angel shrimp'' that I ate with its shell was good, and the cold potage of Sukuna pumpkin was so sweet that it felt like it had sugar in it. This time I had the fish course for Lunch B, but I think I'll order meat next time. The parking lot is entered through a narrow road beside the store (it's a little difficult to find). The table has 5 seats. The interior is dimly lit and has an adult atmosphere. There were people at the table next to me, but their voices didn't resonate that much. The table top is a bit narrow, and as you can see in the photo, it looks a bit cluttered.

They were very responsive even to last minute reservations. The organic vegetable salad and French toast topped with prosciutto for appetizers were very delicious. Sauteed lobster, blue cheese risotto, and the main beef fillet steak with foie gras were very tender and the sauce was delicious. We had a great time as the chef explained each dish and ingredient with anecdotes.

Anyway, it's delicious and I definitely recommend it. I went to Christmas dinner. Every dish is delicious and finished with perot. I liked the seasoning and was absorbed in eating it (laughs). The owner chef is bright, energetic and easy to talk to, and it's also comfortable and perfect. It was a Christmas dinner for 13,000 yen, but I became a fan because it was more than the price. I definitely recommend it.
