Mr. Shebun has been open for 15 years this month. I went there for the first time in a while. I've always wanted to go, but I never had the chance, so I finally did. I'm grateful that I was able to go at this timing. Congratulations on your 15th anniversary. The store only has counters. Being a shy person, I was a little nervous as I talked to the master and madam. Both of them are very nice people, and I enjoyed talking with them! The menu is a style where you choose what you like from the blackboard. I went there for the gratin type, so I had to cover that! lol There was also an omakase shared course. ★Snow crab gratin Crab everywhere you eat! Rich gratin. The béchamel is delicious. Rich but not heavy. It was a classy gratin! ★Homemade bacon, oysters, and butter-grilled mushrooms I never expected bacon to be this big! Oysters themselves are delicious, so everything else is delicious. Vegetables coated in flavor are delicious! ! A plate full of flavor! ! ★Chevun's Specialty Quenelles I agree with the specialty. This is special. The best. I have to eat. I wonder if the American sauce is added to the béchamel? ? The true power of crustaceans was shown to us. The quenelle is smooth, fluffy, and melts. ★Grilled mushroom risotto with French magrecanard French duck is hard to come by these days, so it seems like I was miraculously able to get it! What a miracle! The rich flavor of the duck makes you wonder if it's from France! It overflows. Because the duck is made for foie gras, it has a foie gras aroma. The risotto is delicious, the vegetables are delicious, and oh my! ★Mochi pork loin tomahawk steak Madera sauce No knife needed. The pork is tender and juicy due to the exquisite pasteurization. It's not too greasy and it's refreshing and crispy! It's meat with bones so it's delicious! The taste! I'm glad I asked. And the Madeira sauce is delicious. It's a very happy dish with lots of vegetables on it. ★Cold strawberry gratin A rich but light désere with pistachios in a sauce made by stirring fresh cream and egg yolks. The sourness of strawberries and rich sauce is a great combination! ★Shaven macarons As a big macaron fan, I was excited about this. lol Since it's a chocolate macaron, it tastes like gateau chocolate, and it's filling! It went really well with ice cream. ★Coffee a. This coffee is delicious. That's what happened. It was definitely too much for a normal person to ask for. lol I was impressed from beginning to end because everything I ate was delicious! I guess it's because they're particular about the ingredients that it's so delicious. Even with just one vegetable, the flavor is strong and delicious. I was getting excited by myself. lol I love Madam's desserts, so I was glad I made a special effort and ordered two dishes. It was delicious this time too. And and. I had it with wine. The master is a sommelier, so the wine was very delicious. I think I was there for about 3 hours in the end. lol For some reason I ended up staying too long! A shop that I think is the most delicious among the many shops in Osu. I've been here several times, but there are no bad dishes. Not suitable for those who want to eat in a hurry. I think it is suitable for those who want to enjoy alcohol slowly. Both the couple are very pleasant, and it is a warm atmosphere that you can talk to them openly. I am very happy that the whole family can eat delicious food because it is a shop that accepts even preschool children without making a bad face.
