This place is a gem! We couldn’t get in at 3 different French or Italian places closer to kakuozan station and stumbled in here. We got a FANTASTIC “omakase” 5 course set for about half the price of the other places. No reservation and no wait. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time and very reasonably priced for the quality!

It is an inconspicuous little shop in the middle of a steep slope. It's a French restaurant that I don't want to teach. I was passing by the apartment management, but I always thought it was a coffee shop. My son taught me and I visited for lunch with three family members. The interior is a calm building that makes you feel the history, and it looks neatly maintained. Cooking utensils, including pots, are also shiny. When I found Noble Rot Wine on the drink menu for 650 yen, I was in high spirits! I don't really know from the salad, but it smells great. The omelet is a luxury item with summer vegetables in it, not a single charred, fluffy and melty light flavor. The appearance of the shop and the gap are too big. A condominium that was built nearby this year costs 300 million yen per room, but I wondered what I would do if it was 950 yen for this at Kakuozan. As an added bonus, they gave me a 200 yen parking fee back with a smile. My wife said "I will definitely go again". Thank you for the wonderful time.

Dinner use for 2 people. On this day, I happened to pass by and jumped in without a reservation. It's a bistro run by an elderly couple, and the inside of the store feels a little old, but it's a good feeling with the white and wood grain as the base color and the stained glass lamps as a cute accent. While drinking sparkling wine, we had an appetizer platter and the recommended crab cream croquette. The appetizer platter for 2 people is quite voluminous and you will be satisfied with just this. You can choose a full bottle of wine from 3,000 yen, and it is very conscientious because it is set at less than twice the market price. On this day, I had other errands, so I couldn't take it easy, but everything was delicious and the cost performance was good, so I would like to go again.
