I came to the main store for the first time in 20 years! When I was young, I remember being impressed by this very stylish store, and I was even more impressed to see that it was still open in the same condition as it was back then. This time I went for the hamburger. There is no parking lot in front of this shop, which is located in a quiet residential area, but there are several places nearby where you can park your car. I remember stopping there and having dinner in the past. The atmosphere inside the store is really great! Also, the hamburger steak was ridiculously delicious. Since it's a Western restaurant, there were a lot more options on the menu, so I had my eye on it, but the hamburger was the right choice. I ordered garlic toast instead of rice, and it was hearty and filling. Also, the taste of the ingredients and the compatibility with the garlic sauce were excellent, and I will probably order this again next time. If you plan to visit, I think it's best to make a reservation if possible.

This shop is on the inside of Higashiyama-dori, about halfway between Higashiyama Koen Subway Station and Hoshigaoka Station. This is the main store of "Ma Maison", which offers slightly high-end hamburgers and tonkatsu. I visited you at lunch today. The atmosphere inside the store is darker than the Western-style storefront, and the lighting of the lamps creates a mood. It seems that you can enjoy cooking in a calm atmosphere. Today I ordered the most popular big hamburger lunch (1958 yen). Hamburger lunch is a set, salad and soup, rice and bread are optional, and the main combination is a hamburger plate. On the hamburger plate is a large hamburger with black sauce, pasta, potato salad, carrots and broccoli. The hamburger with a black demi-glace sauce was so fluffy and juicy that the meat juices were overflowing, but it was well-heated and juicy. The demiglace sauce had a unique bitterness but was full of umami, and it was a rich sauce that perfectly matched the vegetables that were served with the hamburger steak. Thank you for the meal! Hoshigaoka has an image of many gorgeous shops, but it is a rare (?) shop with a calm atmosphere.
