Today, I went to [Grill Madoka] in Nagakute City, Aichi Prefecture. There are 3 parking lots in front of the store and behind the recycling store diagonally in front of the store. Ordered "loin tamariyaki" that I had been doing BM for a long time❗ Ordered "Hayashi rice" instead of rice❗ Beef loin cut from thick meat, marinated in tamari soy sauce and grilled. Nice teri with 2 large pieces of meat. Deliciousness and visuals that need no explanation. Hayashi rice was the best with trottro meat, onion sweetness, and bitter demi sauce. This shop has a history of 30 years in Meieki, 30 years in Nagakute, and 60 years in history. The owner is 81 years old. When I asked for tamari-yaki and hayashi rice, he said, "That's how you order during the bubble economy." The menu and taste have not changed since the Tokyo Olympics in the 1960s, so I ate it while imagining the era 60 years ago. A long-established western restaurant. We had hamburger steak, pork steak, fried chicken, and hayashi rice. Delicious with old-fashioned demi-glace sauce! It's supposed to close at 8pm. Because I'm old, I used to say it (^^)
