On my registration day, I chose this restaurant as it was by far the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The appetizer is already the main dish! I was glad to have chosen this restaurant for the scallop crepe, and my tongue was delighted with the small squid farsi stuffed with eggplant and tomato barigoule! Mushrooms have a great aroma! Sautéed white sweet sea bream from Maisaka with verno sauce. Is sweet sea bream this delicious?! Roasted Wagyu beef from Gunma prefecture with red wine sauce. I was too full to order extra bread, but it would be a waste to leave the sauce on! I also asked for a recommended wine to go with the food, and it was so amazing that I can't even describe it in words! Everything was wonderful, but I was especially impressed by the small squid farci and the wine they served with dessert, and I truly felt that compatibility with food is really important! From the moment I answered the phone for inquiries, I was greeted with a pleasant atmosphere, and the atmosphere of the entrance and interior was stylish, yet relaxing and relaxing, which I expected. I ordered two courses of appetizers and received Botan shrimp terrine, homemade sausage and potatoes, roasted Ezo deer, and mandarin orange compote for dessert.
