For the salad, we chose warm spinach salad (Podere original), for the pizza, we chose melanzane (eggplant and bacon) with tomato sauce, and for the pasta, we chose healthy vegetable Japanese sauce. I also ordered a glass of wine for 550 yen. Today's soup was minestrone and it was very delicious. Warm spinach salad is a pizza dough bowl with spinach, bacon, and shimeji mushrooms stir-fried in butter.It looks beautiful and tastes great, so it's a popular dish. The pizza is baked in a kiln using carefully selected wood, the dough itself is delicious, and the cheese is also of high quality. The tomato sauce has a refreshing taste. Healthy vegetable Japanese-style pasta is loaded with fresh vegetables. Today's dessert was yuzu sorbet and waffles (milk, orange). Everything is handmade, even the desserts. All of them were very delicious, but of the ones I ate today, I really liked the warm spinach salad and the yuzu sorbet. The husband is now 75 years old and said that he will continue to work as if he is risking his life. I was originally a craftsman-oriented person, but I am making a fresh start with the determination to take customer service seriously. He is a very approachable person when you talk to him. Today as well, the restaurant was busy with families and people enjoying dinner alone. The warm spinach salad and yuzu sorbet are dishes that you will regret if you don't try them.
