The combination of ingredients, sauce, and pasta is excellent. Tomato-based bolognese is popular, but this was my first time trying cream sauce. I was very surprised at how well the minced meat went with the light cream sauce. The peperoncino is also a mix of cherry blossom shrimp and spring cabbage, creating a sauce full of flavor.
