I ordered the cutlet Calcutta, which is popular in word of mouth. Calcutta means dry curry. Depending on the time of day, it is not uncommon to wait 60 minutes after ordering, and although I ordered around 11:30, it took about 40 minutes to be served. When it was served, I was overwhelmed by its size. Compare it with the size of miso soup. I think that even people who are accustomed to ordering large servings are satisfied with normal servings. When I ate it, the cutlet was crispy, and the dry curry was delicious, as if the roux was calculated. No wonder it's a popular restaurant in the area.
