The cold corn potage is excellent, and it tastes like a bowl full. Homemade cottage cheese was light but rich and delicious~😋 For the pasta, I chose cacio e pepe. Grana Padano, black pepper and a little olive oil. It's a simple dish, but when you squeeze the lemon that comes with it, it becomes a complex flavor and it's delicious.
