Mobara, Chiba, Japan｜ペッシェ アズーロ ～青い魚～

The signboard says "delicious pasta specialty store" larger than the store name, so I thought that I had to visit once as a local person. There was no lunch because of the visit before 12:00 on Saturday immediately after the store opened, and the total cost of the appetizer, pasta (clams pepperon + 400 yen), dessert and drink course was 3,200 yen. (The lowest price is from 2,400 yen for pasta + drink) The appetizer was corn, chicken and carpaccio with blueberry sauce, which was delicious for the first time. As for the pasta, the clams, which emphasize the appearance, are shelled, but the clams were not sanded properly and were a little jerky. I understand that it will be a course of 3000 yen or more using local ingredients, but it is not a 1000 yen chain pasta restaurant, so if you write it on the signboard as a pasta specialty store, you should not only look good but also prepare it properly. I wanted it I thought that the olive oil sauce was the key to pepperoni, and the store recommended that I eat it with bread on the pasta sauce, but I didn't think it was enough to pay extra to try it. The dessert was pumpkin pudding, cake and vanilla ice cream, with pumpkin pudding being the main and cake and vanilla ice cream being normal. The water was lukewarm, and because I drank cafe au lait as a drink first, I felt astringency when I drank water to clear my mouth before eating dessert, and when I drank it again, it was probably lemon water. I just noticed. I can't feel the freshness of lemon water, either because it's been a long time since I made it or because it's lukewarm. The temperature in the store is high due to the hot weather, which is currently continuing for lunch. There are better pasta places in Mobara for half the price.

On my couple's anniversary, I was looking for it and it caught my eye, so we went there for dinner. Enjoy the chef's cuisine that is particular about Chiba Prefecture products. A restaurant where everything is delicious without being boring. I want to go again. It was interesting to be able to watch videos of the kitchen.

We have a wonderful chef and his wife. The food is of course delicious. There are large monitors installed at the tables and inside the restaurant, so you can watch the chef cooking live. You can also enjoy it with your own eyes. I never get tired of it. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch! I exchanged business cards with the chef, and later received a postcard! I received very warm hospitality.
