Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan｜Cuisine Francaise Cyrano

It's a shop that I don't usually have a connection with, but there are people who meet again after 4-5 years, so my friend made a reservation at this shop🌟 I had a lunch course, but alcohol 🍷 was also included, and we talked Momentum I had a great time with delicious food 🍴 and atmosphere 🤗

The atmosphere and comfort were great, including the customer service, brightness in the store, candles, and scented towels. We had the wine pairing menu. It was interesting to see wines that I don't usually encounter, such as Romanian Pinot Noir. I personally liked the marriage of Potage and Alsatian Riesling. Glasses include Riedel Veritas and Zwiesel Finesse. As for the food, the amuse (caviar and petit choux?) and the chef's best dish, ``A generous serving of milt vapoul ``seri'' dressed with escargot butter'' were excellent. I was concerned about the muddy smell of the conger eel matroto. Also, the aftertaste of the petit fours was wonderful. I'd like to try something similar again, but I forgot the name of the dish. I would be happy if you could let me know if you would like. This was my first visit to Kashiwa, and it was a nice town, including this shop. It was fun ^_^
