A Spanish restaurant in Matsuhidai, Matsudo City. I've been going there since it first opened, and every dish is really delicious. ️ In particular, paella, beef teppanyaki, and hot dishes have a deep flavor and can be enjoyed many times. The inside of the store is open, but the distance between each table is firmly secured. Behind the store even when parking.

I had Shigenton pork teppanyaki for lunch and was impressed by how perfectly cooked it was. The garnishes also showed careful preparation. The soup is also made without any omissions. I learned that they had tuna today, so I went there for dinner with my family. The marinade has an elegant taste and the pate is the best! I wanted to put the shrimp ajillo in a water bottle and take it home. Thank you very much for teaching me how to eat paella. The Basque cheesecake, gateau chocolate, and coffee for dessert were delicious. On the way home, I heard that the master was at Koiwa, and when I got home, I googled it and found out that he was from Paul Bocuse, and everything about the timing and cooking without cutting corners was perfect.
