Best restaurant in like a 100 km radius. Be try cheap if you live in Europe (like 25$ for fish and chips) ¥1800 (like $14) for the cheapest course and ¥3500 (like $31) for the most expensive. Amazing food and service.

Very good Frans Cuisine. From the start till the end the food was very good. Also a very good Japanse draft beer. My compliments.
