Tonkatsu was really nice and crunchy, but soft inside. The pork used here was from Chiba prefecture and fed by avocado. I personally love their shoyu sauce served on the table to put on the pork cutlet (not too sure what dish it's supposed for, but I just love it with the pork cuz I'm not a big fan of traditional tonkatsu sauce). I visited on a Saturday a little after 11am. There were still seats available, so I was able to sit down right away. *It seems that there were people waiting from around 11:30. For the meal, I had the avocado loin cutlet and fried oyster set (2,050 yen including tax). The loin cutlet is soft and delicious. The fried oysters were juicy, odorless, and delicious with no complaints. *Fried oysters cost 460 yen including tax. *The juice will overflow from the moment you put it in your mouth, so please be careful with your clothing. The fat of the meat is the most delicious and sweet. You can choose from two types of rice: white rice and mixed rice, and two types of miso soup: pork soup and mushroom miso soup today. It is also attractive that you can choose various sizes of pork cutlets from small, medium and large.
