It's very delicious (vocabulary) The main dish is omelet rice, but I think the rice is white rice or light butter rice. The eggs are fluffy and the sauce has a deep and delicious flavor that will make you sigh while eating it. In terms of quantity, the sauce and rice were well balanced and there was no shortage of sauce in the second half. Also, the condiments that come with it are fun because you can change the taste. I had brûlée for dessert after the meal, which was also delicious. The burnt caramel on the surface had a crispy texture, and the cream inside was rich but not overwhelming, with just the right amount of sweetness.
