The dressing and sauce are very delicious. For the main dish, the pork fat is very sweet and delicious. The doneness is just right and the texture is good. The chef is in charge of both the kitchen and the hall, but he was very efficient, serving the main dish at the same time for all three people who ordered different dishes. When I looked at the open kitchen on the way home, it was clean and there wasn't even a single oil stain!
