More Comments at Google MapAmazing. Perfectly seasoned Hamburgs!!!!! Came here for lunch and it was delicious! Highly recommended!! For foreigners this isn't your traditional hamburger this is served the Japanese way with no bun, on a hot cast iron skillet with rice and miso soup on the side. Comes out pretty rare and you cook it to your preference with an extremely hot cast iron block. I ordered mine with an egg and my wife had cheese on hers, both equally juice and flavorsome!!
It was my second visit after a long time. I was guided to the counter, but as I watched the food in front of the iron plate, I became even more hungry. I ordered a cheese hamburger, and as I looked at the thick steak being grilled, I was thinking that next time I'd get a steak as well. The hamburger arrived rare, and I was told that if you put sauce on it beforehand, the sauce would splatter, so I grilled it to my preference using a grill on the griddle and then added the sauce to it. It may be easier to eat with chopsticks as it tends to fall apart easily. The beret was served hot. This is a restaurant that I would like to come back to eat at again. Thank you for the meal.
After going to the roadside station Hachioji Takiyama on the way back from camp, I searched for a restaurant nearby where I could eat hamburgers and came here. In addition to "delicious," the reviews said that the taste was "average" and "not that great," so to be honest, I was nervous, but no matter what, it was really delicious! My companion had the same opinion and was very satisfied (^-^) The fluffy and soft hamburger steak that I made with pellets was piping hot with just the right amount of char. I added mashed potatoes, which were also delicious. As mentioned in the reviews, I would have preferred soup instead of miso soup, but the miso soup was still delicious. The salad also contains baby leaves, and I think it's a good salad to come with lunch!
