English menu available. Saw all the great reviews and gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The fries and root beer here are worth dying for! The moment we stepped into the restaurant, it felt like we were in the US. Lively yet cosy restaurant that serves authentic american cuisine. Great cozy hut by the beach ambience, delicious food, and very friendly staffs. We came here to satisfy our cravings for root beer but instead had such a great memorable experience. Desserts corner had so many delicious homemade cakes and pies. Would definitely come back again.

My wife first took me to Bubble Over on a surprise brunch date and we instantly fell in love with the place. The atmosphere was comfortable, they served breakfast burritos, and their steak sandwich was incredibly delicious!! Along with that, they had a decent craft beer selection and they served pies from Lucy’s Bakery. In fact, we enjoyed it so much we went for lunch two days later!! So, if you are craving American food, it’s a must go!!

It was crowded because it was Sunday, but I love the chicken burrito that I ordered. The atmosphere was nice and the waiters were smiling as well. American food but not the American portion lol, since this is Japan I cant complain much.
