Showa, Yamanashi, Japan｜Sutekimiya

My wife, daughter and I came to this restaurant for the first time after spending time at a nearby park. We were pleasantly surprised. We were sat in a large booth in the back row of the restaurant, which may have been due to having a young child (she is almost 5 years old). As a result, it was quiet and no other people were in the booths near us, but we saw a bigger family with smaller children leaving. A bit in the distance, we could also hear several people speaking kind of loudly, so I am glad we were sitting where we were. The menu selections are mainly MEAT. They had T-bone steak at quite a high price, but also had reasonablly priced options. They had a good selection of kids meals, and we all shared a mango parfait. Even though we chose less expensive dishes, the bill ended up being over 4,000 yen for three people. They also have a drink bar, a salad bar and a rice bar. When we were getting our drinks, this area proved to be too narrow for the number of people. Later, when I went back by myself, there weren't any problems. This is a great restaurants with many options, but it is on the pricey end of the spectrum.
