excellent steak where you least expect. Unlike yakiniku place, a steakhouse is difficult to find around here. Much less a great one. They have steak by the gram. Selection is basically ribeye or sirloin. Plate comes with some veggies but don't expect much there. The steak is only lightly salted. They give you three different sauces you can use to flavor to your liking. The grated radish sauce was the best. Not cheap but well worth it. In this valley town surrounded by the beautiful Nagano alps, this place is truly a gem.

I ate it while traveling and it was delicious. I ate a 400g tenderloin steak, but it was so delicious that I couldn't feel the amount of grilling. By far the best steak I've ever eaten.
