I visited after 1pm on a weekday 🫡 It's already past lunch time, so There were only 2 groups First of all, it's the style of buying a meal ticket 🔘 Loin steak 150g 1100 yen (1000 yen during the campaign ☺️) Rice (white or black), soup, cabbage, All you can eat macaroni salad. After all, steak originated in Okinawa! Okinawa BGM is playing inside the store🌴🌺 The dressing is also made with island chili peppers. The sauce also has A1 sauce. Looks like Okinawa🌺 Be careful not to let the fat splatter on the steak. It arrives with a toothpick stuck in a paper napkin 😳 Overall, it was lean and very delicious 😋 There are several types of sauces, so it's good to try them out! ! 🥩

After all, I ordered 200g of steak, and the meat was soft and had little fat and was delicious. I felt that the meat was more delicious than a certain *** steak shop. Salad is one more step, but steak is good. I will stop by again.

As I was looking at the restaurant, wondering if the name ``Steak after all'' was a reference to that steak restaurant, I heard that ``This place is delicious!'' So I thought, ``Maybe I'll give it a try?'' That's why I came to the store for the first time. The eye-catching orange shop is located on National Route 41. The parking lot attached to the store is almost full. I managed to park in the last one and headed into the store. There is a ticket machine immediately after entering the entrance. The ticket machines are easy to understand with images. The lineup consists mainly of lean parts, and the standard type is priced at around 1,000 yen. I decided to try the menu that has been the most popular since its establishment. ●Misuji Steak 225g 1,750 yen You will be shown to your seat and given your meal ticket. Then it's self time. Water is self-serve. All-you-can-eat rice, soup, and salad are also available. The rice is white rice and mixed grain rice. For white rice, there is a machine that drops the desired amount onto your plate when you press a button. The salad is shredded cabbage and macaroni salad. I put on gloves and pick up each item, but I can't carry them all in one go, so I have to go back and forth at least twice. Waiting time can be used effectively. I thought it was strange that the order was completed without being asked about the doneness of the steak, but when the meat arrived, I understood why. The meat is grilled rare and served on a lava plate, covered with a napkin. Remove the toothpick and remove the napkin to reveal a round misoji steak. Now cut the meat quickly. The lava plate is naturally hot, and the rare meat is thick, so you can cut it to your desired degree of doneness. If you prefer grilled meat, cut it thinner and grill it on both sides. There are 14 types of sauces and seasonings on the table. Use this to your liking. There is A1 sauce unique to Okinawa, which enhances the Okinawan feeling. There are some unusual sauces like Tankan Fruit Sauce and Shikuwasa Ponzu, which can be confusing. There are three sauce plates, so you basically have to choose three types of sauces and seasonings. I prepared salt and pepper, A1 sauce, wasabi, and miso. Since the wasabi and miso are solid, you are now ready to serve the four types using the front and back of the sauce plate. Take a slice before it gets overcooked on the lava plate. First of all, the standard is salt and pepper. Tender misuji steak, very delicious. As I get older, I seem to have switched from slathering steak sauce to salt and pepper, and this is the best. A1 sauce has a unique taste that reminds you of your trip to Okinawa. Miso has a new flavor and is quite delicious. Wasabi also goes well with meat. The original onion sauce is also delicious. All of them are very delicious, and the Shikuwasa ponzu sauce is also poured directly on them for a refreshing taste. And in the end it was back to salt and pepper. The free-refill soup was very delicious, like a consommé soup with eggs. I'm curious about the "substitute meat" that's not a substitute egg posted on the wall lol This was my first visit to this restaurant after receiving a recommendation for a reasonably priced steak, and it turned out to be quite good. Thank you for the meal.
