A steak chain located a few minutes walk from Higashi-Matsudo Station. I visited right after they opened on a Saturday, and the seats were already about half full, so there was a wait by the time I left. It's a roadside store, so the interior is spacious. There is a salad bar and drink bar, and you can also see the kitchen. The sight of him grilling hamburgers is irresistible. This time I ordered a salad bar with a hamburger and lunch steak set. The salad bar has about 15 items, including standard vegetables such as lettuce and tomatoes, as well as side dishes made with seasonal vegetables. There are also about 5 types of fruits and desserts, all of which you can refill. Not only are the vegetables fresh, but all the side dishes made with seasonal vegetables are delicious and will fill your stomach with just this. The hamburgers are shaped like strawberries, and the staff will finish them for you at your seat. It's made from 100% coarsely ground beef, so it's a bit oily and has a strong odor, but it's not an unpleasant odor, and if you eat it with salt as recommended, it brings out the flavor and makes you feel like you're actually eating beef. The steak is tender with few streaks. It looks like a fillet, but it's probably a shoulder loin or something that has been thoroughly prepared, so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the red meat. Also, the rice is nice and grainy. I'm thankful that the white rice is delicious. It's a small detail, but the knife is quite large so it's easy to cut, and the salad bar is broadcast live inside the store, so it looks like they've put in a lot of innovation in addition to the food. This was my first time visiting Bronco Billy, and I seriously thought that chain stores were something to behold. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
