Every time I visit, it makes me want to come again. The food is traditional Aizu cuisine and is of high quality. You can also enjoy a wide selection of Kitakata alcoholic beverages. I think everything about the hearth, the conversation with the host, the lacquered bath, and the atmosphere of the room is wonderful.

It creates a warm time and space where you can spend time in Aizu, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Having said that, I live in the countryside, but I intentionally eliminated waste and made it feel like the summer Japan that I felt when I was a child. The food and the hospitality of the employees are excellent. It was a wonderful place that we would like to visit again and that we could confidently introduce to our friends and family.

I have stayed here twice and will probably be visiting for a third time. There is almost nothing lacking in the building, atmosphere, food, location, cost performance, etc. Among them, the best thing is the people. Chefs and craftsmen who are particular about various things are often perceived as being stubborn or stubborn (though generally such restaurants are not at fault...) The owner of this shop has a soft demeanor, and his way of speaking is very polite and beautiful. However, you can clearly feel the core strength and commitment. I was able to understand for myself that this is what hospitality means. I can't really complain about anything, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that I wish I could see the beautiful scenery outside from the bath. I don't know when the next time will be, but I'm looking forward to revisiting it again and having some healing time, and I'm going to wear my heart out in the concrete jungle.
