I went several times last minute before the price increase. As the business performance improved at the nearby Mac, the person who seemed to be the female manager became quite irritated and showed an attitude towards customers, so I stopped going, but this is not the case at this store. However, this store used to have terrible customer service. Over the past few years, the customer service has gotten better and I've been coming here often, but with the price increase this time, I wonder if I'll be a little farther away... Of course, the price increase is natural, but there are a lot of restaurants in this area, and compared to conveyor belt sushi and udon, Mack feels a little expensive... Also, there are renovations every few years, but the toilet is so small that it can't be helped. I feel like this area reflects the structure of the previous management, but... And it feels like the male and female entrances are in almost the same position, so I don't like it even from the male side. I feel like I'm being questioned. I don't want to go to the bathroom too much, but I definitely wash my hands after eating a Big Mac or fries... Anyway, I don't think I'll be visiting for a while, but when I feel like eating a sausage muffin or a Big Mac again!

I always use the drive-thru, but the operation on Saturdays and Sundays is very fast.
