AC - isn’t that enough ? Great place to wait while doing laundry at the nearby Piero. Fairly good size stretching into the back. A couple of unique Japanese sandwiches - spicy double burger and a teriyaki burger among others. No water choice but u can ask the staff when food is delivered to u.

Really friendly staff and the food was super fresh and piping hot, can't go wrong with a MacDonalds!

We dropby for a quick breakfast.The staff were attentive to us to help us through the Japanese menu. The milk shake wasnt as sweet as those in McD in Hong Kong,China and Malaysia - which is good. There is a dedicated/priorities table/seats for the elderly. I think this is a good idea.
