I used it around 13:00 on 10/31. The customer service of the staff member with a name tag that said "in training" who accepted my order was really great, so I'm writing a review! Accepting and confirming orders in an easy-to-hear and easy-to-understand voice and tempo, and a wonderful smile that you can see even if you're wearing a mask! Even after I left the counter after ordering, I was greeted with a polite thank you, which was amazing! Also, the fries were crispy fried and the salt level was just right, and the burger was carefully stacked with the buns and toppings. I borrowed the restroom and was impressed with how clean it was as well. (It's also good that there are two separate rooms, one for girls and one for girls/boys.) It is also helpful that the table seats are equipped with USB terminals and outlets for charging (image) My personal image of Lotteria has been rewritten in a good way! I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Lunch at Lotteria for the first time in a while! Probably about 10 years ago. Worried about this, I ordered a teriyaki burger set with a half-boiled egg. Sorry, I forgot the product name. It was delicious! The staff's response is also good. The inside of the store was also clean.

It goes without saying that Lotteria is a long-established store. Thank you for your support for many years. Family seating is available. I don't remember not being able to sit down. I like teriyaki burgers.
