Always polite workers and a nice second storey sitting area that has never been crowded. The Ebi burger is good, but I usually get a soft cream cone for 200 yen, and it is BIG!!

A shop in front of the station ticket gate where you can smoke cigarettes, albeit only with heated cigarettes. Smoking is on the same floor as the cash register without having to climb the stairs. Other seats are available by climbing stairs. The smoking area is completely separated, so even non-smokers can rest assured. It's right in front of the ticket gate, so I think it's a valuable spot where you can smoke a cigarette and then board the train.

I don't have many opportunities to eat at Lotteria because there aren't that many, but the staff's customer service attitude was great. The taste is the same between Mac and Moss😅 It's right in front of you after exiting the ticket gate, so it's convenient on bad days.
