No complaints. All the staff members are pleasant and attentive. One thing I would say is that it fills up quickly during lunchtime on weekdays, so you often have to wait. However, the turnover rate is good, so your turn will come quickly.

I enjoyed the iron plate loin cutlet set meal. This store is very clean and the staff are all very attentive and efficient. What's more, from a customer's perspective, the fact that there are not one but two menus at each table is a very good impression!

All of the store staff are cheerful, kind and polite. This is a shop where you can feel safe and attentive in a way that you won't find at other katsuya. The speed of presentation and product delivery is also good. I will come again 😁
