i have travelled 1 hour from my place to reach this particular branch just for the new melon frappe. the place is nice , clean and cozy. best place to enjoy your mcdonalds burger while studying or just chilling. it has a play area, you just need to inform the staff and make a reservation. around 1 min on foot from Seya station.

The Seya Station north exit store has been relocated, and the inside of the store is much larger and has more seating than before. There is also a playland where children can play, but it is currently closed to prevent infection (as of December 20th).

It was crowded as it was newly opened. There was a long waiting list, so I had to wait quite a while, but I was treated very well. Now that you can buy frappes and macarons, the range of purchases has expanded. Although there were quite a few seats, it felt a little cramped as there was only one private toilet.
