Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Wendy’s First Kitchen - Yokohama Palnade

If you know how to use the automated machine to order, you'll have no problems. There is an English menu both on the machine and in the store. It offers a variety of ways to pay - by cash (Japanese yen only), credit card, transportation card (PASMO, SUICA), etc. You have to wear a mask and they also have sanitizer on the premises. The wait isn't long but, of course, the burgers are a bit pricier than in the U.S. The machine spits out your number, you look on the board to the right above the counter which shows when your order is ready, listen for your number to be called but honestly I do not remember if they called it out in English. The wait was only a couple of minutes. No problems at all

I love the Wendy's / first kitchen restaurants period they have your typical Wendy's menu with the burgers and the fries and the nuggets or whatever else you want but they add the first kitchen menu to it as well so you can get pastas, etc.. believe it or not the quality of the food is very good. It's totally different than what we would imagine in america. If you don't mind a burger or fast food or a simple pasta then definitely go check it out any of the Wendy's first kitchen venues in japan. It wasn't busy at all the lines move pretty quick they test your temperature at the door.

The special sauces are delicious(especially garlic mayo). Way better than any options back in the Wendy's in the U.S. plus the "night menu" offers beer wine and high balls. When choosing a late night burger definitely a better choice than other fast food joints in the area.
