Surprised to see so many low ratings. In the past, I have used takeout more than 10 times, but I have never encountered a clerk with a bad attitude or the order was not delivered. I also go to the Mac at Seiyu in Nokendai, but my impression hasn't changed at all. Like other stores, I had the impression that it was just an ordinary Mac, so I was surprised by this low rating.
