Recently, the price of Mac has gone up, right? But when it comes to something easy, quick, and delicious, it's Mac! Thank you to the staff for always being so nice to me!

When I get home late, I sometimes stop by for Mac at night. The other day, for the first time, there were no fries for my takeout, so when I called, the manager (?) politely apologized, and the next time I went to the store, they would have the fries properly. A while later, when I came back to the store today, they were checking in front of the takeout bags to see if they had forgotten to put something in. I was impressed that they were making efforts to prevent this from happening again. I think it's difficult to completely eliminate mistakes when you're busy or have a lot of orders, but you can feel at ease if you try to reduce them as much as possible. I will continue to drop by from time to time 🤗

This is currently the only McDonald's in Iwatsuki Ward. Therefore, it gets quite crowded. There is also a drive-through, but you have to enter from No. 16, so be careful if you come from Omiya or Iwatsuki Station, even people who don't use McDonald's will get stuck in traffic. This McDonald's is a two-story building with restrooms on the second floor. There's just no elevator. It is open until 24:00, but please note that the Omiya side entrance will close at 9pm, and only the Kasukabe side entrance will be open. McCafé started in December 2023. I'm a regular customer here, and while it's quite convenient, there is one inconvenience: even though there are three cash registers, only one or two are used most of the time. If possible, I would like to install a self-checkout system as it would be a waste of time. I think it will be more convenient for the instructors and us customers. This is a long post, but please consider it.
