I ate the katsudon and small udon set!　It's so helpful that they come out right after you take your seat. Great when you're hungry. I'm used to the flavors of Kanto, but I was able to enjoy the elegant taste of Kyoto style. Next time I would like to try the clam butter udon.

Unlike Sukiya and Matsuya, Nakau is a fast food restaurant that you don't often come across. It's close to my workplace, so I stopped by after work in the morning. This is a shop where you pay in advance using a ticket vending machine. NakaU's ticket vending machine allows you to pay with electronic money. This doesn't feel like spending money, so be careful not to eat too much. This time I bought a ticket for katsudon and udon. The ticket vending machine at Nakau doesn't seem to take orders automatically, so when I sit down, a lady brings me tea and collects my ticket. Katsudon is a fried dish. I waited while playing with my smartphone, thinking it would take at least 5 minutes, but it arrived in about 2 minutes. For katsudon, even if the cutlet is deep-fried, it is topped with egg and topped with rice... There must be some process involved. Old men are surprised that it comes out in about two minutes. The taste is exactly like katsudon. delicious. The udon noodles have a light-colored soup that seems kind to the body. The udon noodles are also delicious. It must have been made by a very talented person who could cook it so quickly. Or will machines do most of the work? Nakau is a mysterious shop. The food was delicious and the food was served quickly, so I have nothing to complain about. Of course it's 5 stars.
