There are a lot of customers and the inside of the store is small, so the atmosphere isn't very calm, but the staff keep an eye on the customers and often take over the trash when you're done eating.

There are many employees at Mac's with good customer service and the turnover is fast.

I wanted to try the garlic shrimp from the Hawaiian menu, so I went there around 1:30pm on a Sunday. I think the peak of congestion had passed, but 70% of the seats were for eat-in, and there were about 5 people waiting for take-out. I paid the bill, got a wait card, waited at my seat for about 2 minutes, and it was delivered to me. Freshly fried potatoes! The shrimp were also crispy and probably freshly fried. The lady who was on the floor was working very quickly, disinfecting the tables and cleaning up the trays of the customers who were leaving. Even as a former Mac crew member, the response and service was very pleasant.
