Staff are always helpful and understanding especially dor someone like me who cant speak Japanese well.

I wanted to eat Mac for the first time in a while, so I placed a mobile order in the car and picked it up at the counter when I arrived near the restaurant. The counter staff will ask you to confirm the details, and after checking them, you can leave the store. Since it was lunchtime on a Saturday, there was a line outside the store and a line all the way to the drive-thru, but I was very happy that I was able to purchase it in less than 3 minutes. Samurai Mac is delicious and I like it. Actually, I would like to pick it up at the drive-thru, but there are a lot of cars waiting at the drive-thru around the store, so I don't feel like I can pick it up, so I decided to pick it up inside. I think it would be great if we could create a good system around that.
