Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Katsuya

Went for Sunday lunch. The staff seemed to be on vacation. It took a while for the food to be served because it was run by three people, but it was amazing how the staff worked together so efficiently.

The taste and price are wonderful, but it was a little disappointing that the sound of beating meat when preparing and washing dishes was too loud. Correspondence of staff was good, but thought that there was much private language a little.
