Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Mos Burger Hamamatsu Mikatahara

I visited on Saturday before 7pm. Due to covid19, it was only take out and drive thru. Although there were many customers ordering online and using the drive-thru, I was able to receive my order in about 15 minutes. When I was confused about what to order, I asked a member of the crew, who kindly and carefully explained the order. He was smiling and made a very good impression. I also appreciated that you informed me that I could still use the limited-time d Points since their expiry date had expired. This time I ordered the Green Burger (¥538 + tax). It was a full-volume hamburger measuring 10cm long. Since the lettuce is about 5cm long, I think it will solve the lack of vegetables. The buns are soft. The soy patty doesn't have much of a soybean flavor, and it smells like shiitake mushrooms (?). The tomato sauce has a very spicy aroma. Looks like Provence herbs. What is that thing that looks like minced meat? Overall, the quality was such that it would be hard to believe that it was vegan. Surprise. If I say strong, I would say it's too thick and difficult to eat. I can use d points, the crew is kind, and I would like to visit again.

It is always comfortable with polite customer service. Freshly made burgers are also delicious! ! Careful packaging 👍

This was my first time using the drive-thru, and after receiving the item, I felt very comfortable as I bowed my head very low. I want to take out again ❗️ I recommend Mos Burger!
