Can Macdonald’s Japan please go to other countries and train the staff to your exceptionally high standard? From the moment I walked into this fast-food restaurant I was greeted with a warm genuine smile; the kiosks work here in Japan regardless of what country I visit I have problems with them not working properly and most times there’s an issue with technology. I don’t often eat fast-food but when I do most times it’s in Japan, the food comes out looking like the picture and not just thrown together by someone who doesn’t care, the service is always of high quality and the cleanliness of the restaurant is exceptional. I noticed one young lady cleaning the tables as I never see this anywhere outside of Japan, it just goes to show the level of job satisfaction and training by management. Keep up the great work Macas, you are leading the world in customer service within the fast-food industry.

Good food, maintained neatly, can take orders from English speaking people like me.
